Denis Mirskiy, Cofounder and COO of Deliverance with over 25 years of experience leading IT organization supporting Federal, State and commercial clients. At Deliverance, Denis oversees technical operations and recruiting practices, helping clients and partners deliver.  Throughout his career, Denis served as Technical Lead and Data Specialist on mission critical CMS programs and commercial projects.  His deep understanding of data analytics and infrastructure has made significant contributions to the success of various high-stakes implementations.
